CPI Radant Technologies Division is an engineering and manufacturing business Headquartered in Stow, Massachusetts that designs and builds antennas, radomes, and advanced structural composites for major aerospace and defense contractors. We are looking for both entry level and experienced Composite Laminators to manufacture our products and support our expanding operations. This is an exciting time to join this company. Training will be provided and this position provides great opportunity for growth.

Job Description:
Fabricate parts, products and assemblies from written instructions and associated sketches.
Manually perform lay-up assemblies of composite parts using various resin reinforced fabrics and lab hand tools such as cutting tools, heat guns, templates, etc.
Work with a team to meet schedules and implement action lists to complete tasks and goals.
Good written documentation and oral communication skills.
Mathematical aptitude.
Read, write and understand detailed work instructions in English.
Ability to follow written instructions and associated manufacturing plans or sketches.
Pushing/pulling/lifting up to thirty (30) lbs.
Working at elevated heights on scaffolding platforms and small spaces.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
